A motion toolkit for a global week of learning and career growth, made to feel energetic, friendly and inspiring for thousands of team members across markets.

“Growing at Haleon Week” is a global internal initiative focused on employee learning and career growth.
The team needed a vibrant motion toolkit to unite sessions worldwide. The goal was to take corporate branding and make it feel energetic, friendly, and inspiring for thousands of team members across different markets.
Five days, five themes, live-streamed globally from Bankside, London. One motion system had to carry all of them.
Internal corporate videos often feel stiff or flat. The visuals needed genuine energy while staying strictly within global brand guidelines.
Assets had to display clearly across varying screen sizes, from auditorium main stages to small laptop screens on video calls.
Different presenters needed to assemble decks and video modules quickly without breaking the visual system.
Built snappy, smooth text animations to highlight key learning themes. Used clean easing curves so messages were legible even at a glance.
Created a flexible package in After Effects, including intro loops, title stingers, lower-third tags, and transition wipes, that non-designers could easily slot into video streams.
Balanced lively graphic pops with smooth colour transitions, creating a cohesive, upbeat rhythm that set a positive tone for every session.
The welcome that set the tone for the week on the main stage and every stream.
Short type-led openers that announced each day and session theme.
Speaker and session tags built to read on a stage screen and a laptop alike.
Ready-made animated slides so presenters could build decks fast and stay on-system.
Before anything moved, the week was mapped by hand: a home page leading into five days, each day breaking into sessions, highlights, recordings, speaker bios and slides. Knowing where every asset would live told the motion kit what it needed to contain.

The same charcoal, green and growth-ruler language ran through the event hub, where each day’s highlights reel and session recordings were posted, available in nine languages.

Corporate brand, upbeat rhythm. Clear on a main stage, clear on a laptop.
