The Problem
Traditional B2B email campaigns often suffer from low engagement rates. Users are frequently redirected to external websites or landing pages, creating friction and disrupting the user journey. Many brands struggle to create compelling and fully interactive experiences directly within the email itself, leading to missed opportunities for immediate action and conversion.
The Solution
I designed an innovative interactive email UI feature that empowers brands to embed dynamic elements directly within their emails. This solution allows for the seamless integration of interactive components like buttons, forms, carousels, games, and even full checkout flows. By enabling users to complete actions without leaving their inbox, this feature significantly increases engagement and drives higher conversion rates for B2B campaigns.
Case study example
Pick n Pay - Interactive Grocery Checkout
Pick n Pay leveraged interactive email features to create a seamless in-email shopping experience. Customers could browse products, select items, and complete their checkout directly within their inbox, significantly reducing friction and increasing conversion rates for their grocery offerings.

Carrefour - Personalized Product Recommendations
Carrefour implemented interactive carousels within their marketing emails to showcase personalized product recommendations. This allowed customers to view various products and add them to their cart with a single click, enhancing engagement and driving sales through a highly customized shopping journey.
