Project Overview
Led the comprehensive redesign of the Contentstack platform, focusing on creating a modular UI system that enhances user experience and streamlines content management workflows. The project involved redesigning key interfaces, improving information architecture, and implementing a cohesive design system.
The Challenge
The existing Contentstack platform had usability issues with complex workflows, inconsistent UI patterns, and poor information hierarchy. Users were struggling with content management tasks, and the platform needed a complete overhaul to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

Developed a modular UI system with improved navigation, streamlined workflows, and consistent design patterns. Created intuitive interfaces for content creation, management, and collaboration while maintaining platform functionality.
Low-fidelity design for Contentstack Platform
To support Contentstack’s platform revamp, I crafted a suite of interactive UI animations that showcase core features in a clean, intuitive way. From dashboard flows to user roles and asset handling, each micro-interaction was designed to simplify user tasks, enhance navigation, and bring clarity to complex content workflows, while staying true to Contentstack’s modular design philosophy.
Full Platform Walkthrough - Contentstack UI Redesign
As part of the platform redesign initiative, I created this end-to-end walkthrough video to showcase the refreshed Contentstack interface. The video highlights key user journeys, simplified navigation, and enhanced modular workflows.
In addition to this main walkthrough, I designed and animated feature-focused videos, each tailored to explain a specific functionality, its purpose, and how it fits into the overall user experience. These short, interactive clips helped bring clarity to users and stakeholders during rollout and onboarding.
